Deposits: Deposits are a non-negotiable payment that are required for new clients booking services. Deposits are non-refundable but will always go towards the total of your service. If you’re needing to reschedule for a later date, your deposit will be automatically moved to the new scheduled date. Cancellation Policy: -All No-shows or cancellations within 48hrs will be require to pay 70% of the base price of the service listed on my services. This is not including any add-on services like hair treatments, nail art or any additional products or accessories. These fees will be required to be paid before booking any future services. There a certain exceptions to this policy that will be visited by a case-by-case basis. I am human so I understand and can empathize when things go wrong or happen unexpectedly. But at the end of the day I need to prioritize and protect the financial stability of my business to keep it running to be able to serve and service all of my clients.
